Of the 1,390 people living in Huntington Bay in 2019, 51.3 percent (713) were women and 48.7 percent (677) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 403-to-385. In the 65 and over age range, there were 193 females and 189 males.
