Of the 125 people living in Fishers Island in 2019, 40 percent (50) were women and 60 percent (75) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 66-to-22.
