Of the 13,440 people living in Nesconset in 2020, 49.1 percent (6,597) were women and 50.9 percent (6,843) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 401. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,381 females and 1,134 males.
