Of the 1,899 people living in Bellport in 2020, 48.5 percent (921) were women and 51.5 percent (978) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 68. In the 65 and over age range, there were 325 females and 293 males.
