Census Bureau: More men than women in Bay Shore in 2020

Of the 31,819 people living in Bay Shore in 2020, 49.5 percent (15,753) were women and 50.5 percent (16,066) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Suffolk Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 803. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,809 females and 1,529 males.
