A North Amityville man is facing multiple weapons charges after he fired two shots during a dispute with his girlfriend in the early morning hours of May 29.
During the argument, the man, a convicted felon, fired a shot out an open window of the home and then fired another shot into a bedroom wall, which entered another room where four children were sleeping.
Police confiscated a Springfield 9mm handgun, which had been reported stolen from Georgia in 2017.
