Ladies, are you looking for a unique way to have some fun while learning to protect yourself? Join SCPD officers at a free self-defense class in Mount Sinai this month.
Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct officers are joining Carlos Henrique Jiu Jitsu to host a free self-defense class for women. The lesson will take place on Friday, August 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 27 Route 25A in Mount Sinai. Participants younger than 18 will need a guardian to sign a waiver.
