Central Islip High School students met with Suffolk County Sheriff Dr. Errol D. Toulon, Jr. on Jan. 10 in the Little Theatre.
Sheriff Toulon introduced himself, spoke with students about forming bonds with law enforcement and answered an array of questions from the young, inquiring minds.
In turn, Sheriff Toulon asked students about their goals and aspirations.
Teachers Mr. Matt Hawker and Mrs. Nicole Correira joined their students for the meeting.
