Staller Center unveils Spring '25 lineup with diverse performances

This spring, the Staller Center for the Arts is set to present a diverse lineup of performances featuring a range of world-class artists. The Spring 2025 season includes theatrical productions and family shows designed to entertain audiences of all ages. Tickets are now available at stallercenter.com.

The season begins on January 26 with "The Great DuBois," a circus adventure suitable for families. On February 1, Sutton Foster will perform in the Staller Center's Gala, "An Evening with Sutton Foster." This event promises a solo concert by the two-time Tony Award winner, known for her Broadway credits.

February also features "The Comedy of Errors" by The Acting Company on February 8. This comedic production is presented in collaboration with Play On Shakespeare and involves mistaken identities and whimsical adventures.

On February 15, Grammy-winning violinist Joshua Bell and soprano Larisa Martínez will present "Voice and the Violin," an event that spans classical art songs to Latinx compositions. A Mardi Gras celebration follows on February 21 with "New Orleans Songbook," featuring vocalists Quiana Lynell and Milton Suggs.

March highlights include comedian Chris Distefano on March 8, the Syncopated Ladies tap group on March 14, and "Rhythm India: Bollywood & Beyond" on March 21. Melissa Errico will pay tribute to Stephen Sondheim on his birthday, March 22. Families can enjoy Prokofiev’s "Peter and the Wolf" on March 30.

In April, the Starry Nights concert series returns on April 2 under Colin Carr's direction. The show features works by Schubert, Schoenberg, and Schulhoff. From April 11-12, The 7 Fingers presents their new show "Duel Reality."

The Emerson Legacy Series continues on April 14 with former Emerson String Quartet cellist Paul Watkins playing piano alongside soprano Christine Goerke and other Quartet members.

The season concludes on May 3 with a performance by Paul Taylor Dance Company showcasing both classic and new works.
