The William Floyd Learning Center and the Floyd Academy organized Thanksgiving feasts to bring their school communities together. At the William Floyd Learning Center, students, staff, and their families enjoyed a meal sponsored by Joy Church, which also donated shoes and sneakers for families.

The event was described as "a great time of fun and togetherness."

Meanwhile, at the Floyd Academy, students and staff shared a meal prepared by faculty members who contributed special dishes. This gathering provided an opportunity for students and staff to enjoy time together.
