The school district has released the single-page calendar for the 2025-26 academic year. Teachers will commence their duties on Thursday, August 28. The orientation day for sixth and ninth graders is scheduled for Friday, August 29. The first official school day for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade is set for Tuesday, September 2.

A new addition to this year's schedule is the orientation day specifically designed for sixth and ninth-grade students. This differs from the previous freshmen-only day held in past years. During this orientation, students entering sixth and ninth grades will receive general information about their new schools. Activities may include student assemblies aimed at helping them become familiar with their new environment as they transition into middle or high school.

It should be noted that this orientation day is not considered an official school attendance day; however, attendance is encouraged if possible. Transportation services will be available for these students, and further details will be provided over the summer months.
