The Town of Brookhaven's Department of General Services, Women's Services Division is organizing a workshop titled "Prepare for Financial Success in the New Year." The event is scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Denise J. Nostrom, CHFC Owner & CLU/Financial Advisor of Diversified Financial Solutions, will lead the session on "How to Kickstart 2025 with a Clear, Actionable Plan."
This workshop aims to guide participants in setting and achieving realistic financial goals. It will cover creating a budget suitable for individual lifestyles and offer practical advice on managing debt and building an emergency fund. The event will take place at Brookhaven Town Hall's 2nd Floor Media Room, located at One Independence Hill in Farmingville.
