His posts reflect his commitment to simplifying federal contracting processes, advocating for international justice, and addressing fiscal policies concerning immigration.

On March 18, 2025, Congressman LaLota expressed gratitude towards his colleagues for advancing the Plain Language in Contracting Act. He emphasized that "small businesses shouldn’t need lawyers or accountants to apply for a simple federal contract." He acknowledged the collaborative efforts with Representatives Thanedar and Tran in this initiative.

Later that day, LaLota addressed international concerns by stating that "every October 7th hostage must be brought home." He condemned Hamas' actions and asserted the necessity of holding them accountable while expressing solidarity with Israel.
