Suffolk County college to host annual student art exhibition in Flecker Gallery

The Flecker Gallery at Suffolk County Community College's Ammerman Campus is set to host the 2025 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition, which will run from April 17 through May 16, 2025. A reception is planned for May 8 at 3 p.m. in the gallery on the second floor of the Southampton building, where awards and scholarships will be announced.

The exhibition showcases artwork created by the college's students, featuring a variety of mediums. The gallery will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, during the exhibition period.

Suffolk County Community College is noted as the largest community college within the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The college enrolls more than 21,000 students in over 100 degree and certificate programs and has more than 145,000 alumni. The institution emphasizes its commitment to responding to regional employment needs and has a history of providing educational pathways from high school through to career placement.
